These Terms govern access to FutureContent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated 14 August 2026
1. About these Terms
FutureContent is operated by Future CX (Martijn van Deel), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86444042. These Terms form an agreement between that business and the person or organization using FutureContent.
FutureContent is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms for any organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email, Google account, and FutureContent session secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may authenticate using an email sign-in link or Google. Your use of Google's service remains subject to Google's own terms. Our use of identity data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. The service
FutureContent helps teams evaluate web pages and organize findings about technical SEO, page experience, content SEO, and AI discoverability. Analysis and recommendations are informational tools, not a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, accessibility compliance, revenue, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding whether to act on them.
Automated accessibility findings are not a WCAG audit or certification, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of accessibility compliance.
We may improve, add, remove, or limit features. We will take reasonable care to avoid materially disrupting active use and provide notice where practical.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of URLs, labels, content, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, retrieve, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.
You must have the rights and a lawful basis needed to submit material and request analysis. Do not submit confidential information or personal data that is unnecessary for the analysis. You are responsible for your instructions, your use of results, and compliance with laws that apply to your content and websites.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use FutureContent to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- scan systems you are not authorized to assess or bypass access, security, rate, or technical controls;
- upload malware or interfere with the service or another user's data;
- probe, reverse engineer, or extract non-public parts of the service, except where law expressly permits it; or
- resell or provide access to the service without our written agreement.
6. FutureContent rights
FutureContent, its software, design, brand, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may present data or links from third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply.
8. Availability and preview features
We aim to keep FutureContent available and useful, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change, produce incomplete results, or be withdrawn. Please keep independent copies of information you need.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law—remain in effect. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FutureContent is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you used only a free service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a material update, you should stop using the service.
12. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires a different forum. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
