Roles
Workspace Roles control shared data and management actions. Permissions are resolved from current server-side membership state, not from editable profile data. Team roles become useful when a plan with a team entitlement is available.

Owner
The single accountable owner of a Workspace. The Owner controls roles, ownership, the plan, and destructive Workspace actions.
Admin
Runs day-to-day Workspace operations. Admins can manage Members, the Workspace name, and result sharing, but cannot elevate authority.
Member
Uses the shared Workspace for Page Scans and retained results without access to membership, sharing, plan, or Workspace administration.
Roles and plans work together
A Free Workspace contains only its Owner. Invitations and additional memberships remain disabled unless the Workspace plan has a configured team-member entitlement.
